Our Wellness Plans are designed to make routine dental care more predictable and affordable while providing savings on additional in-office treatment.
Adult Wellness Plan
$46/month or $506 annually
The Adult Wellness Plan includes:
- Two routine cleanings a year—includes an oral exam, cancer screening, and fluoride.
- Unlimited X-rays as needed.
- One emergency exam per year.
- 20% discount on all add-ons.
Perio Wellness Plan
$62/month or $680 annually
The Perio Wellness Plan is designed for patients who require ongoing periodontal maintenance.
The plan includes:
- Four periodontalmaintenance a year—includes an oral exam, cancer screening, and fluoride.
- 25% discount on subgingival deep cleanings (once per year).
- One emergency exam per year.
- 20% discount on all add-ons.
IMPORTANT PLAN INFORMATION
What You Should Know
- Both monthly and annual payment options are available.
- The annual payment option reflects a discounted rate equivalent to one free month.
- The Wellness Plan is a 12-month commitment, regardless of whether you choose monthly or annual payments.
- There is no additional activation fee to begin your plan.
- The full annual amount is due at the time of enrollment when choosing the annual payment option.
- Wellness Plan benefits are valid only for treatment performed at Dr. Parrella's office.
- The plan does not cover treatment provided by specialty dentists, including oral surgeons, periodontists, or orthodontists.
- Invisalign is not included in the Wellness Plan.
- Wellness Plan savings cannot be combined with dental insurance, medical insurance, or other dental discount plans.
- Benefits do not roll over to the following year.
- If you receive discounted services and subsequently cancel your plan, you are responsible for paying the discounted amounts received.

Yes—veneers require some enamel removal, making the process irreversible. However, mock-ups and conservative bonding options may serve as reversible alternatives.
When administered professionally, teeth whitening is safe and effective with minimal sensitivity and low risk of damage.
Aligners shift teeth without enamel removal and often improve oral health long term. Veneers change surface shape but don’t move underlying tooth structure.
Cosmetic procedures are often considered elective and may not be covered. However, some treatments—like crowns or bonding for functional reasons—may qualify. We’ll help you verify coverage and options.
